These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HR Playhouse Hub, including our website, learning platform, AI HR Support tool, and related services (together, "the platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

HR Playhouse Hub is operated by Dr. Marvellous A. C. Gberevbie, in association with Covenant University, Nigeria, under the ACU HR in Higher Education Community Grant. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, case studies, the HR Policy Playbook, downloadable documents, and platform design are the intellectual property of HR Playhouse Hub unless otherwise stated, and are provided for your personal and professional learning use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell this content commercially without our prior written permission.

Content you post to the Innovation Lab remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

4. AI HR Support — Important Limitations

Not legal advice

Our AI HR Support tool provides general guidance on common HR topics. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice, and responses should not be relied upon as a definitive statement of the law in your jurisdiction. Employment law varies by country and changes over time. For specific situations, please consult a qualified employment lawyer or HR professional body in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make reasonable efforts to keep the platform accurate, available, and secure, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Course content, case studies, and the HR Policy Playbook are intended for educational purposes and general guidance only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Playhouse Hub, Covenant University, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including reliance on any guidance, case study, or AI-generated response provided through it.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase for account and data storage, and EmailJS for transactional email notifications. Your use of the platform is also subject to the standard terms of these providers where applicable.

8. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, given the platform's operation in association with Covenant University, Nigeria.
