We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Account, progress, and platform data is stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), a third-party cloud infrastructure provider. Firebase applies industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit. Form submissions (such as partnership enquiries) may also be processed through EmailJS, a third-party email-sending service, solely to notify our team of new submissions.
We do not control the security practices of Firebase or EmailJS directly, but we have configured our use of these services to restrict access to your personal data — for example, only you (and platform administrators, for account management purposes) can read your own account and progress records.
The Innovation Lab is a public discussion space. Anything you post there — including your name, the content of your post, and any replies — is visible to anyone who visits that page. Please do not share sensitive personal information in public posts.
Our platform uses your browser's built-in session storage to keep you signed in between page loads. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

HR Playhouse Hub is intended for HR professionals, students, and career changers, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
